App doesnt work! Only lets you watch videos. Could be a great app if it worked. Please fix!!!

This app needs an update. Ever since I downloaded it I have not been able to utilize it as I believe it was intended. It seemed simple enough but too many glitches.

A good concept, but the app isnt properly working.

Must have account to use and it wont let me type in an email address.

Every time I try to add a plant it loops me back to the pick a garden screen. I cant add plants or use the app!

Is anyone out there???? Say...an app developer to fix these issues maybe (and please)? Just read everyones reviews as we are all experiencing the same problems, thanks!

I was able to start a garden and add tomatoes but then could not add additional plants. I click add plants and the page appears for a split second and then goes back to the add plants page. Tried 3 days with same results. Good info for novices like me if I could get to it

Until they fix the bugs, this app is worthless. Wont let you add plants to your garden. Has been a complaint of other reviewers for sometime, and still has not been fixed. Come on, Burpee. You can do better.

This was the entire point of me downloading the app in fall. No dates for arugula or broccoli so far.

I cant add plants to my garden and none of the videos have audio. Both concerns happen in iOS 10.1.1 Please update

Good idea but doesnt let me set up an account with my iPad.

It was great the first time I used it, but now I cant log in to use it again! PLEASE fix the bugs.

This app is not ready for users. It needed a lot more beta testing. I submitted my experiences to customer service and have not heard back from them. I hope they get it right, Burpee is exactly the right company to come out with an app like this, but this is not the right app.

If your customers tell you its broke in a review its probably a good idea to fix it. Having same issue as others - cant add anything to my garden!?!

This app would be wonderful if it wasnt so buggy! Redirects you to the wrong page constantly. Wish it would be updated soon

Not able to add plants to my garden.

OK for novice gardeners, but not really useful beyond that. There are other better sources for in depth information. I will say the app isnt very smooth at transitioning to items Burpee wants to sell you, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on user. Also noticed that my Burpee account for website will not log into account in app.

I think this app has a lot of potential. Im using an iPad air 2 and there are some navigation problems where I noticed the app freezes a lot or you have to press a button multiple times just to get to work and then I noticed scrolling problems where it freezes up but the app still is working for whatever reason. I can also think of several improvements like alphabetizing the plants that I add to my garden which will help me figure out and find which ones I already have added instead of repeating the process over and over. I would also like to do specific tomato types as some of them require different times. I would also like to adjust the frost date and other minor tweaking but just getting the app to work would be a big plus

Im a fruit lover so I was disappointed that I cant add any of my fruits to my garden.
